RETURN SHIPMENT AND CANCELLATION

If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your purchase, to get a refund, you must inform us no later than 24 hours after the date of receipt of the Products. We will collect your products and a collection fee of £7.00 will apply. The Products must be in a re-saleable condition. This time period does not affect your statutory rights for faulty or mis-described Products.

If you would like to cancel your purchase, or your Products are faulty or mis-described, you should do this by contacting us as soon as possible, before we have dispatched the goods, on 01277 210473. Our lines are open everyday between 12:00 and 21:00.
